This policy explains how AXPIR Tech India LLP ("we", "us") handles information when you use JoyfulPDF. It is written to meet India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the IT Act, 2000, and the principles of the EU GDPR.
1. Your files
- All PDF tools run inside your browser. Files you open are not uploaded to our servers.
- If you are signed in and choose Save to My files, that output is stored privately in your account and deleted automatically after 3 days. You can delete it earlier at any time.
- Some tools (such as text recognition and extra fonts) download free helper files from public servers. Your document is not sent with these downloads.
2. Information we collect
- Account data (optional): email address, display name and an encrypted password.
- Usage counts: the name of the tool used and the time — never file names or contents.
- Messages you send us by email.
- Advertising: if ads are shown, ad partners such as Google may use cookies to show and measure ads. See our Cookie policy.
3. Why we use it
To provide accounts and saved files, keep the service secure, understand which tools are popular, reply to you, and show ads that keep the service free. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Retention
Saved files: 3 days. Account data: until you ask us to delete your account. Usage counts are anonymous.
5. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing hi@axpirtech.com. We reply within 30 days.
6. Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections, and saved files are only accessible to your own account.
7. Children
The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
